LICENSE AGREEMENT
Global Jyotish licenses this software to use you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
YOU MAY:
  1. Register with Global Jyotish, Use this software;

YOU MAY NOT:
  1. sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of our software or services;
  2. reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of our software, or create derivative works from our software; or
  3. use our software other than for entertainment purposes.

WARRANTY Global Jyotish warrants that our software will substantially perform its functions, when our software is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions. Global Jyotish MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement with corrected output if possible or a refund of the purchase price, at Global Jyotish’s option.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES Global Jyotish has made every effort possible to ensure that our software is free of any bugs or errors, however in no way is our software to be considered error or bug free. You assume all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in our software.
IN NO EVENT WILL Global Jyotish BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE. In no case shall Global Jyotish's liability exceed the purchase price for the software or services.
GENERAL: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Global Jyotish. You acknowledge and agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have received concerning our software have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will control all issues involving your use of our software.

All rights to our software are owned by Global Jyotish and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Global Jyotish retains all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated herein.
